Q.01Is the model pre-assembled, or do I build it?
Every piece ships fully assembled and hand-finished. It is a finished display collectible, not a kit.
Q.02How long does a standard model take to ship?
These models are manufactured on Demand. Hence, lead time is within 14-21 business days from order confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as the piece leaves our Dubai workshop.
Q.03What is included in a custom commission?
Every commission includes the scale model built from your technical drawings, a clear acrylic display case, an engraved black acrylic nameplate, LED lighting. This scaled model will be custom made according to your requirements. Fill the form if you need a custom commission and someone from team will contact you.
Q.04Can I get a model in a different scale?
Yes, 1:200, 1:100, 1:75, 1:50 and fully custom scales are all available. Scale affects the final model length and the level of detail achievable. We advise the best scale for your vessel type and display location during the brief.
Q.05Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Dubai, UAE. GCC deliveries typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International shipping to Europe, UK, Asia and North America takes 5-10 business days. Full customs documentation is included.
Q.06What are the customization options?
For standard product checkout. We customized only logo engraving on the base. If you want more customization in terms of shape, size and colors then better send a commission inquiry.
