Made on demand
Every piece is manufactured on demand in our Dubai studio. On average, orders are delivered within 7 days of purchase (production plus shipping). Larger or highly detailed commissions may take longer — we will confirm the timeline with you when you place your order.

Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and item size/weight. Large or oversized models may be shipped as a freight/crated delivery and quoted separately — we will contact you with the cost and options before dispatch.

Delivery times
Most orders are delivered within approximately 7 days of purchase. International destinations may take a few days longer depending on the carrier, destination and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking & insurance
Once your order ships, we will email your tracking details. Shipments are carefully packed and insured against loss or damage in transit.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delivery address & delays
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control, but we will always help you track and resolve any issue.
