Commissioned for a beachfront residential project, this sales gallery model recreates the entire development in miniature - from the flowing travertine balconies and glass facades to the rooftop infinity pool, landscaped drop-off and sculpted entrance canopy. Every apartment glows with warm LED light, revealing fully furnished interiors, while the diorama base extends the story with a corniche road, cycle track, palm-lined promenade, sandy beach and sea. A model like this becomes the centrepiece of any sales gallery, helping buyers and investors see the finished project long before handover.
